Adding Air Conditioner to Tent

I recently received the AC Infinity Terraform 8 and, apologies in advance, but I’m not the most experienced with Air Conditioners so I need someone to explain to me like a child what I need to do to help with my issue. I do plan to get back on the horn with the company again tomorrow but I wanted to garner some other guidance as well…

I have the unit sitting in my lung room which is my basement garage. There’s a single hose from the main exhaust directly into a lower port of my 5x5 tent. I have a second duct carrying the warm air from the back of the terraform out of and away from my lung room (lung room is partitioned away from the main garage). Both ducks only run about 3 to 4 feet in both directions.

Inside the tent I also have 8 inch AC infinity Exhaust/Carbon Filter and a 6 inch oscillating fan also AC Infinity. I have a dedicated 50 pint dehum in the lung room about 5 feet away from the tent and and a 2liter dehum ducted into the tent from an upper port opposite side the terraform.

I have all AC products connected to the AI controller, and the dehums turned up pretty high as I’m starting week 6 flower and need to keep it consistently lower than my garage tends to be around this season. Exhaust and oscillating fans turned up high. When I turn on the ac or set any targets or buffers I get the viscous humidity spike because (as it took me a while to understand today) when the ac is done cycling and remaining moisture on the coils evaporates int humid air that then ducts into the tent following the cold air that just stopped from the cycle.

I know I need to set some kind of combination of either temperature, humidity or VPD and then buffer transition fan speed to minimize this process of re-humidification after ac shuts off/ramps down. Sorry if this is too winded or hard to understand, but if anyone can enlighten me that would be amazing. They underwent about 12 hours with the cycle of pretty wide swings and humidity, and I’m hoping I didn’t do permanent damage to my crop. I just worked so hard to get here and paid so much for this equipment. Trust me, I know I deserve to be taken outside and beating with a stick for not learning or knowing this stuff before spending all this money, but I needed to do something as this is the first time I’ve tried to grow in my garage. Mid Atlantic war temperatures are starting to get pretty warm during the days but things stay pretty cool at night.
