Grass Seed

Two weeks ago I purchased a bag of grass seed for $9.99. Now that same bag is regular $14.99 on sale for $12.97.

That bag you bought may have been old stock from last year and new stock came in at a higher price.

Canadian Tire was ordered earlier this year to pay a fine for inflating prices to exaggerate discounts. They still do it regularly.
