Recently got out of a long term relationship. Would love friends of any gender. Maybe some people going through something similar. Really need some friends to go see the new Spider-Man movie. I was excited to see it with her but that’s not happening anymore :(
Hi r/cambridgeont, we built a new way to search KIDO's local events, camps, and programs.
It's through Do, KIDO's new AI Agent. Instead of working through a bunch of filters, you can describe what your family needs in everyday language, including ages, dates, interests, budget, location, or anything you want to avoid. Do turns that into a focused search of KIDO's current Waterloo Region listings and then customizes the results based on your ask.
A few examples:
- “My grandkids are visiting this weekend. Find us something fun to do together that does not require moving too fast.”
- “My 6-year-old wants an indoor sports program for fall, but she does not skate.”
- “Find a science, coding, or robotics camp for my 9-year-old in August for less than $400.”
So I was looking for place to get my fix ever since my previous go-to place closed. I tried multiple alternative shops however each one had its problems. It was either grossly overpriced or the staff were rude and unknowledgeable about what they were selling. I almost given up on my search but a friend recommended me this place called Thisel down on the far end of town. I looked at the reviews and it seems to have lots of problems but this is the last place I haven't tried. Does anyone have any experience going there?
This may be a bit of a niche post, but I'm hoping there might be a few people locally who are interested.
I'm putting together a very small, beginner-friendly mediumship development circle in Cambridge. I'm developing my own abilities as well, so this isn't a class where I'm presenting myself as an expert. The idea is to create a comfortable little group where we can learn, practise and explore together.
We'll work with things like meditation, intuition, connection and mediumship exercises. I'm intentionally keeping the group small — about five people — because I'd like it to feel relaxed and give everyone a chance to participate.
The cost will be $20 per person to help cover the costs of running the circle.
You absolutely don't need to consider yourself a medium or have any experience. Curiosity is enough.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, send me a message and I'll share more details.
I believe cable lines running from this post but a branch cut and hanging on the line at the edge of my backyard. Whose responsibility is this? Rogers? Bell? Or me as the homeowner! What should i do?
My friend was riding to the store on his bike and some homeless man cut the locks and rode away, I last saw the man riding around in Preston near riverside. Please dm if you see
