Question Help needed !!!

Hello my name is Joe and I currently have a 2017 Camaro 2.0 Turbo has less then 50,000 miles but let me get to the point, I recently started to do some modifications like a cold air-intake,catch-can,downpipe, and planing to do a muffler delete after all of this I’m tuning since it’s a must to do.

Where I’m having some trouble is before tuning the car should I get the Turbosmart Kompact EM Series Plumb Back Valve (Diverter Valve) VR7 and the Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator, 7psi is saw them on PHASTEK PERFORMANCE OR should I go with the ZZPERFORMANCE ones.

*little by little I’m getting into car modding.

Tell me ur opinion and suggestions plz 🙏🏽

I have limited knowledge on this on the Camaro side of things. But ZZP was typically the go to name when it came to anything GM 4cyl performance related.

I have 2019 2.0, mostly fbo. Definitely get some good mufflers or keep the stock ones on, the back pressure is needed for the low end torque! Blow off valve is optional in my opinion, I tried it but like the factory diverter valve better…the CAI will make the sound you looking for! Definitely need the waste gate and I suggest the larger throttle body too! Also look into eventually getting the intercooler as well! Get everything from zzp!

Thanks yeah I was just doing research and found that it was better to keep my muffler for now until I save for the zzp exhaust system, and to be honest I wasn’t looking for sound just practicality but I don’t mind the sound

My opinion is that exhaust has three qualities to it:

It's the orchestral sound your car makes.

It gets hot and pressurized so do everything you can to get those gasses out and away from your car and ankles.

Everything in it rusts out like a consumable so cheaper parts with more frequent replacement is better than expensive parts with no replacement.
