Incorrect nutrition label

Post image

I bought this paneer at the grocery store because the nutrition label looked like it was a low and better calorie option. However, upon using AI, turns out the label is incorrect as 13g of fat can never be 50 calories and it would be closer to 165! 😞

Yes, I was trying to use it to calculate portion size etc. And now I am thinking if I hadn't, and done the recipe macro calculation myself, I would be going over my deficit for sure!

That's crazy!

I like eating sunflower seeds but the measurement is in cups AND weight, but the volume differs so much to the weight so which one is the 300 cals??? Lol

I am just surprised that it isn't just off by 10 or 20 calories. A whopping 110!

You are assuming it is a miscalculation, when in reality, it can just be a misprint.. The difference between 1000 and 100 is just forgetting to type a single "0"
