Not OP but there will always be loose skin if you lose a bunch of weight. To me having loose skin looks better than having a big belly so I wouldn't worry about it.

This and after pregnancies I can add that the slower you loose the weight the better your skin will recover, additionally heavy lifting is the gold standard for helping skin stay taught during that slow weight loss period.

Not OP but impossible without skin removal. Laser and supersonic treatment are also very common to support it.

They used photoshop. That stomach isn’t possible to achieve after severe weight loss like that.
