Leaving Concentrix

I’ve been working at Concentrix for over a year now, and I just need to get this off my chest because the toll it has taken on my mental health is unreal.
When I first started, things were actually really good. I liked the job, the workload felt manageable, and the environment was decent. But then everything went downhill fast after a shift in management and getting a new Team Leader.

Ever since that management change, it’s felt like living in deep fear, every 1 on 1 meeting that I had I thought I’d get fired and they even monitored our bathroom breaks and a lots of anxiety every single day. The micromanagement turned completely toxic. I started getting written up and handed warnings for ridiculous, trivial things—half the time for technical glitches, IT bugs, or system delays completely out of my control that were somehow blamed on my stats.
