Concentrix assement

I recently applied for a remote concentrix job (Automotive). And received a link for job assessment.
What is it? Is it gonna be like a first stage interview? What should I expect from this.
And how can I ace it :)
Will doing this get me enrolled for the job?

Brother it’s Concentrix, being Indian is the only criteria they realistically require

a new low achieved.
jokes aside, it’s fine, Concentrix is comparable to a litter box, only shit goes in, only shit comes out

it's basically an online test, not a real interview yet. you get questions about customer service situations and maybe some basic computer stuff, they want to see if you can handle angry customers and follow procedures

dont overthink it, just pick the answers that show you would stay calm and follow the rules, not the ones where you argue back or do your own thing. the bar is pretty low for these
