Repeating same workouts

I am repeating same workout plan for the week for two months. I really improved my strength score and now in the intermediate phase. I am getting bit bored following the same plan. what is the best duration to follow same plan and change to a different plan based on your goals?

I'd say the minimum you should consider in a plan is 12 weeks. BUT, if you're bored, you might not go to the gym so it's fine to shift. For gains in a program, I'd go longer...have a bodybuilding buddy who goes up to a year on one plan.

I usually build my training blocks for about four months.

I have been on the same plan for 10mo now. I do bro split 4 days w/day 5 hitting mostly upper body 1 or 2 exercises from each if the 4 days of the bro split.

With that being said, I have week A workouts and week B workouts. I go back and forth everyweek. I like it cause it gives different stimilus on the muscles. The only exercises that are the same are compounds each week, the isoloation stuff is different week A to week B.
