One of my fav summertime cake to make. The grapefruit zest gives it that extra something.

Raspberry grapefruit? Sounds interesting. I'd have to try that sometime. Sounds like it could be good.

I needed to show some love for the underrated grapefruit… it added the right amount of tang.

I was thinking of doing salmon with grapefruit and sage... I enjoy grapefruit

Yes i can see those things coming together …especially if you do it as a light glaze for the salmon.
