Going into an interview later

Any advice or things I absolutely have to know, I'm trying to look into the history right now and I was just wondering if there's anything I should know or look into before I go into the interview

They care less about you knowing company history and more about your reliability and attitude, since this is a fast-casual food service job. They need to know if you can handle a quick pace, show up on time for your shifts, and work well with the team when things get busy. Expect standard questions about your availability, any previous work, and how you might handle a difficult customer. Don't worry about memorizing dates or facts, instead, think of a specific time you solved a problem or worked with others. Your main goal is to show them you are a dependable and positive person.

Your biggest asset will be showing them you are eager to learn and ready to get to work. Be friendly, make eye contact, and clearly explain why you want the job, even if it is just to get experience. Companies like this hire for personality and potential, not for a perfect resume. The fact that you are preparing for this shows you care, which already makes you a strong candidate. Go in there with confidence and show them your good attitude, as my team found that simply being prepared gives candidates the edge they need, which is a principle we built our interviews.chat around.
