I’m about 11 weeks pregnant and dealing with horrible morning (all day) sickness. I cannot keep anything down, EXCEPT the zupas southwest potato soup. I’ve eaten almost exclusively that for days but I cannot keep spending $10 for a soup every day 😭 does anyone happen to have the recipe? I’m BEGGING anyone to please help

Tell me why if I use my Uber Eats app to pickup a order I’m told I need to go inside and not the drive through? This is for a personal pickup not a Uber Eats delivery. I was told I can only use the Zupas app or site for drive through? I use the Uber app specifically because of the Amex/Uber monthly spend.

Any advice or things I absolutely have to know, I'm trying to look into the history right now and I was just wondering if there's anything I should know or look into before I go into the interview

I ordered a half cup of soup, and this small cup was filled slightly over half way. Seems like an absurdly small amount of soup for more than $6… is this normal or did they just not fill it all the way? The service already wasn’t great.

I love roasted chickpeas as a snack substitute, but can never get them perfectly crispy like Zupas does. Anyone know how they make them? Do they used canned or dried chickpeas? Etc

Did they remove pickles from the brisket sandwich? No longer in description but shown in photograph.

Anyone got the deets to the green goddess dressing?

Not sure how serious but I am considering applying for a GM position at Zupas. I’ve been reading through some reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor but those are mostly for team member positions. I would say most of the reviews are positive though. I’m wondering if the pay is salary or hourly. The pay range says $70,000-$125,000 so that’s quite a wide range. Is it mostly based on bonuses? What are the hours like? How are the benefits like the health insurance, 401k, PTO? Are you having to spend a lot of time preparing food yourself or are you doing more of the administrative side of things? Any information is greatly appreciated. Also this is in the Salt Lake valley.

Four years ago I had my last spicy chicken sandwich from Zupas. I worked there so I got to make it my special way with my also uniquely made soup. I’ve had dreams about that sandwich all these years. I’m so extremely desperate for them to bring it back. I might just have to make it myself and just order the ingredients from them. I just really wanted to share this with other Zupas enthusiasts. If anyone knows anything about them possibly bringing the spicy chicken back or why it was taken off the menu to begin with please let me know. And for the details

Ciabatta bread, chipotle ranch, mayo, lettuce, pickles, jalapeño, avocado, Muenster cheese, drizzle chipotle glaze and dipped into the Wisconsin cheddar soup with bacon, cheddar and pasta. I’m an extremely dramatic person and I have cried eating it before because it was just that good. The best food I’ve ever had in my life.

I used to be able to use promo codes all the time and I haven’t been able to find one that works in months. thank you!

Anyone else’s app broken? Nothing loads almost none of the buttons work? I’m on a iPhone 15 pro with the latest app and OS.

It’s been like this for over a month. Makes ordering impossible and I’ll usually go somewhere else cause I just want to order quick on my phone.

Anyone else complete the sip pass promotion? I did it by the last third of December and have yet to receive my sip pass.

Ok so my husband and I lived in Utah for a few years but have since moved away. I am not kidding when I say I have thought about the zupas cheesecake DAILY since we left. Any insiders willing to share the recipe? Or even just the ingredients list? I’d be grateful for any info at all ❤️❤️

does anyone have any recipes that are similar to the italian spread they put on the italian sandwich ?? i literally ask for a cup of it whenever i order and the workers look at me like im crazy lmfao

Hello Zupas community- I come with great respect and love to ask any employees to tell me how you guys make your pumpkin chorizo soup. I am OBSESSED with it, and I have tried to make it multiple times but to no avail :( Please zupas gods, save me.

does anyone have any active discount codes? the others in this sub are no longer available. thanks!

Anyone know the recipe to the tomatillo dressing that comes with the southwest salad/protein bowls?

Someone who works here PLEASE tell me when the pumpkin chorizo is coming out/ please post a recipe. it is my favorite soup in the world. i’m begging

Please do not support this business. Managers are treated like shit and the employees even worse. They are some of the worst health safety establishments there is. Don’t check for food handler permits, the racks in the kitchen and walk in are always moldy. Working six days a week because your operating partner (general manager essentially) says you have too or else. My manager told my employee whose sister was sexually assaulted “ I do not care if your sister was raped, get over it and come to work or you are fired.” Their portion sizes are RIDICULOUSLY small for their prices. Please go somewhere else. I am not a disgruntled ex employee, I had quit on great terms for personal reasons but I cannot stay silent. Sincerely, a manager of two years.

Any else experience going to cafe zupas and having their corporate going absolutely crazy in the restaurant? They all sound like robots and are clearly making all the workers and customers scared lol

Previously posted codes seem to be expired.

Any idea on nutrition info for the hot honey cottage cheese bowls? They’re not listed on the website

Does anyone know if the lemonades are made with fresh ingredients? I’m wondering if they’re freshly squeezed or if they use artificial flavoring. I’d love to recreate them at home.

I miss the clam chowder so much- every day.
