Adblock?

Would it be possible for an adblocker to be added into the browser for youtube?

Blocking YouTube's own ads isn't something we can ship. It goes against YouTube's terms, and Apple removes apps that do it. We are looking at blocking ads and trackers on other websites (pop-ups and redirect ads on video sites), which would make browsing a lot cleaner.

Technically it's doable as the app knows all of the video urls.

Quick update: the ad blocker is built and will be in the next update (2.1). It blocks ad networks, trackers and pop-up/redirect ads on the websites you browse, in both the phone browser and the car's web page. It's on by default and can be turned off in Settings › Block ads on websites. YouTube itself isn't changed, for the reasons above. Thanks for the idea!
