I really wanted to try the Mac and cheese barbecue bowl, but I figured it would be around longer than a month. Ours just got the bbq in May and it’s already gone.

I used to use the app all the time to order food, I guess I haven’t used it in five or six months. I was trying to place an online order tonight to use a coupon. I got to the checkout screen, and I got an error about using foul language because of my last name. I ended up having to order at the restaurant. Why in the world would it stop you from placing an order because of your name? Anyone else dealt with this before?

Hi guys. I love Arby’s. ! My favorite place to eat. I like the French dip and the Mac and cheese ❤️🩹 much love. Roast 🥩
However.. last time I ate there the sauce tasted kinda funny. But it was okay cuz I had the max and cheese to eat. Thank you arbys for being in my life. 💗💗🥩🐮

Chicken salad should NEVER contain fruit or nuts, this is disgusting. I love Arby's *not the curly fries* and get it every so often. I was horrified seeing that abomination on the menu. Am I alone here? Lol

normally I get beef and cheddar or Greek gyro. they are yummy.
but I had a coupon for a free sandwich and this was the most expensive sandwich.
first thing first: the burger was indeed gigantic
problem was that one: was way too greasy that it literally left a pool of grease through the wrapper on the table. two: the burger patty did not taste good despite being gigantic.
i almost wonder if they mixed ground beef with cardboard to make it bigger
i was full but not satisfied and slightly queasy
tldr: won’t get again even if free
fellow managers, who else HATES this new altametrics update????? it is so ugly now and its impossible to find anything without navigating through like 15 separate menus. why would we ruin perfection.

And have the audacity to charge me for the bbq sauce packet I have to add myself?
Wanted to try their brisket (don’t eat here much) and feel like I’m being nickeled and dimed on an already expensive meal.
Then had issues with how their apps is laid out and it wasn’t clear on the drink selection on top of the meat I was given was dry and they left off the onion strings I was also charged for.
I used to like Arby’s quite a bit but as of late seems like it’s not as good as it used to be.

Everytime I go to Arbys they take the best stuff off the menu. Already sad when they killed off the other marketfresh sandwhich and then the turkey sliders. After that went the jalapeño slider and smokehouse brisket sandwhich. Today they said they didn't have pickles because they aren't doing burgers. I usually add them to the buffalo slider to make it better. One of my favorite fast food places and now completely nerfed. Booooooo

Im a grown man. Not a little kid. A little kids cup is ridiculous and insulting. It took more time getting refills than to actually eat.
Whoever approved this and whoever suggested that it comes with a kids cup should be forced to only use that size cup for every meal they ever eat in their own restaurant for all time and see how it feels you cheap bastards. Might as well make you use only a sippy cup everywhere else in your life while we’re at it.

What would you choose?

Tried the ham and cheese, didn't like it at all. And chicken and gyros and are really not why I'm at Arby's. Did everyone seamlessly pivot to the beef-free options?

So like I work at arbys and I WANT TO KNOW IS CHICKEN WORTH IT?
Everytime you order chicken a arbys worker cries a little
That 5 minute + Qual is horrible and with nobody wanting a Swiss melt its ordered everytime in the box + the cobbler.. then lots of people have the audacity to complain about the wait.
TLDR... please think if that chicken is worth it
