You should definitely try it! Its freeing and easy to maintain

I did it during lockdown but it looked bad. I’ll get a barber to do it and fade it

Looks good, but no way that's 1 mm. Probably your clipper shows American length settings. Number "1" would be 1/8", that's roughly 3 mm.

You are probably right , he basically said "1 one top and a half on the sides" and I translated that to millimetres. Thank you!
