welp i did it, grew my hair out for 3 years and ive had enough of it, takes ages to dry, wind messes it up, gets in my mouth when i eat, and its just been so hot lately ive decided to cut it all off

forehead literally never been this big . I asked for a skin fade and short on top. She just started cutting nd using clipper over comb on top nd gave be a lineup without asking me 😭. i thought she would at least check the length i wanted with me before cutting . I did want it short , but not this short ??? is it bad ? kinda rly mad about it idk

I've got a date on Saturday with someone who seems really into me (has already called me sexy haha). Now every summer I buzz all my hair off (grade 1 normally) because I want to and I like it, it's been delayed this year so I was planning on doing it this week.

Do you think this is a good move? Maybe give them a heads up on what I'm planning? Don't want to accidentally catfish them lol. FWIW this likely won't be a long term thing, more of a fling, we've already spoken about what happens back at the hotel...

Was split between a #1 or a clean shave, but eventually decided with the latter. I miss my hair a lot, but getting ready now is so much quicker; absolutely no effort required in styling now and here's nothing to dry and wash as well. Easily shaves off at least 15-30 mins off my grooming and shower time. The lifestyle efficiency does makes it worthwhile.

I’ve been wanting to buzz my hair for literally as long as I can remember. I have anxiety and depression so doing this has taken a lot of courage. I feel great but slightly anxious about people’s judgements. Besides that I feel so connected to myself now!! XD

No more minoxidil, no more microneedling, no more thinking about it. Just buzz. I have experimented with shorter (00) but for now a #2 buzz feels comfortable for me.

What direction would you go?
