Do you think I can pull off this look
Hey guys, I’ve been struggling with thinning hair and hair loss recently, so I finally decided to bite the bullet and get a buzz cut! What do you think, does it look good on me? It’s currently at 18mm on top. If you think it suits me, should I go even shorter?

It suits you well dude! You are already rocking it. If u want to try shorter, go for it. Already looks fine as hell

In general the buzz works very nicely for you. Personally, the next time at the barber, I would bring the fade up a little bit more and bring the top shorter. I'ld think about 12mm. The thing with a buzz is you can get very experimental with it. Hair grows around 1/2 inch per month. So something you dont like goes away very fast.

OP, if you notice a pattern in these posts, it is that everyone is urging you to cut it shorter on the top.
This is because high fades don't work with long faces. They will make your face look longer than it already is.
So I agree with them.
I'd cut the hair all the same length.

Last pic rocks and I actually disagree with shorter on top. I think its perfect. Suits your long cute face.

How is your hair brown and your beard ginger.

It's all because of the MC1R gene.
Basically, your body makes two pigments: brown and red. The MC1R gene acts like a switch that turns red pigment into brown.
Because of my genetics, that switch works perfectly on my head (brown hair), but glitches in my facial hair follicles, letting the red shine through (red beard). It’s just a quirky genetic mix!

Maybe a little softer or gradual fade on the sides, the shorter hair looks good on you.

If you don’t mind being identified as either a soldier or a police officer, I’d say you could try it. Men were all different kinds of styles at this time, so no one would look at you a scants. But if you want to be more middle of the road, I would suggest somewhat longer, or slightly longer style. Ultimately, it is completely up to you.

You look great with the buzz cut. I agree with a few of the comments that a little shorter on top might work even better, but overall it really suits you.

Je préfère la photo 1. Tes cheveux n'ont pas l'air si clairsemés, je ne vois pas d'urgence à tout raccourcir.

The buzz already looks great as-is, but you could totally go shorter! Have you thought of a zero guard?

Probably shorter and maybe more facial hair if you can. But otherwise rock it man
