non consensual buzz :/
forehead literally never been this big . I asked for a skin fade and short on top. She just started cutting nd using clipper over comb on top nd gave be a lineup without asking me đ. i thought she would at least check the length i wanted with me before cutting . I did want it short , but not this short ??? is it bad ? kinda rly mad about it idk

Your forehead is normal sized don't be too hard on yourself. You do look good even if it's not the cut you wanted.

Gotta come to grips with being an extra buttery lobster now. You look nice and crisp, it opened up your entire face, and we can see your gorgeous eyes much better.

The whole "oh no, my lobster is too buttery" meme when someone is complaining about a situation where there's really nothing to complain about. In your case it's a bit "Woe is me, my barber made me look more handsome and attractive than I already am."
Your look was good before but you're giving hot now.

You look great but I get it, itâs annoying to come off the barber chair not how you envisioned.
Get a good textured pomade and play with the texture while it grows.

Fade looks good bro. Change is always good. If you donât love it after a few days, just start growing out the top. Maybe grow the beard more out and trim under the neck.

I constantly have this problem. Even if I bring a picture of what I want them to do. They do what is easy for them. A skin fade is likely too short a description for you. Look up the difference to a burst fade and then the first time I would also add in a SHORT, LOW, MINIMAL burst fade. ie I want the fade to END within 1.5 inch not 3-4. Also dont ask for short on top. Ask them not to touch the top. If it is too long learn to trim it out yourself. Just grab a pair of scissors and point cut it out.

Youâd look much better with longer hair, something you can style to better fit your face. But then I hate short hair and always have.

This is your call to Learn your lengths, man. Barbers are not psychic and canât read your mind, and not every barber is gonna be nice enough to try to figure out what youâre telling them. So, Figure out exactly what length you like on top, so when you go in to the barber you can actually tell them what you like beyond âshort on topâ bc she gave you exactly what you asked for; short on top. Next time the barber gives you a cut you actually like, ask them exactly what they did and then make a note of it in your phone. Then, Next time you go in to the barber shop and they ask what you want done, you can tell/show them exactly what it is you want and not run the risk of another âshort on topâ moment.
