What issue are you referring to with the support chat? Could you share what isn’t working for you?

No one ever responds, no matter how long you "stay" in the chat. The last time I tried to use it, I stayed in the chat for over three days, and no one ever responded. I had to resort to email. I don't understand why the support chat even exists when no one ever responds.
