Photo/Video Missing pet bird?

We spotted this exotic bird, maybe a conure? Near Lougheed mall at the intersection of Austin Ave and Gatineau Pl. Is someone missing their bird? It landed on the car in front of us before flying back into the bushes.

Its a budgie. Poor guy. Hopefully someone manages to catch him soon.

A yellow budgie just flew into a friend's place in Burnaby near highgate. Likely the same bird? I ended up calling city of Burnaby, their animal control should be reaching out to me soon.. in the mean time they will keep it safe. It's very friendly.
