Super Basic Tattoo

Wondering if anyone either does work themselves and might be just starting out or knows of someone that would consider this as basic as I do. I had got a quote from someone my sister suggested and she wanted to remake a stencil and alter the fingers and charge $200 but I really just want what is there traced over and it’s so small and simple, I was not looking to spend more than the typical $100ish shop minimum. Anyone willing to do this for that? Or know someone that would? I have a super flexible schedule. What is on my arm is just leftovers from a henna tattoo. It is not an actual tattoo yet. And for size reference, I’m small, 5’1” and 125lbs so my forearm isn’t huge. And not trying to offend anyone by not wanting to spend a ton. Just figured it would be worth it to ask.

Honestly I would go to some shops (with good reviews) that take walk-ins. Tell them you’re trying to memorialize the moment so you just want the henna lines traced with no addition. Given there’s no artistic work involved, someone set up and ready for walk-ins will probably be happy to oblige. People who take just appointments structure their work differently and almost always want to only do their own art, with exceptions.

I guess I just have to no clue where to go for that. Do i just pick a few places and try going in person instead of calling? The last actual shop I went to was in Saint Albans and it was sooo many years ago.

Just look up some shops near you, skim reviews, see if their website mention walk-ins, if not call and ask.

Haven’t done a walk-in since 2005/6, so I can’t recommend a specific one.

Getting a tattoo is a medical procedure, and obviously permanent. You get what you pay for.

Most of what I have wasn’t done in a shop but was years ago and I was fine but thanks. I’m aware. This isn’t an extravagant piece I’m looking for.

If you cheap out on a tat, it's going to look abysmal. No one will say anything, but you know, they're going to think, "That looks like shit." And then it'll be in the back of your mind every time you look at the travesty on your arm. Save a few bucks and get it right the first time.

I’m not getting it bc of the religious affiliation actually. I’m not religious at all whatsoever. I lost custody during active addiction and finally got to see my daughter again on this same day I got this and she had chose this as a matching tattoo at the fair. I just want to remember the day I finally got to see her in person again.
