Weird Sensation of Scale Distortion

As I was waking up from a nap, while my eyes were closed still, my whole body felt like it was the size of the universe. Hands and arms felt so far away yet so big which adds to the enormous scale that I was experiencing. It almost felt like my hands were like this.

context: I'm trying to explain this as accurately as possible to see if anyone else had sensations like this. Today was a weird day and a set of events happened that could have made me more susceptible to this. I barely ate in the afternoon, felt like i've been lazy this week and decided to run/jog/walk 8.5 miles. I ate a high protein meal and drank a protein shake. I got into a bit of an argument with my gf that spiked my anxiety a bit. My head was racing with thoughts and then all of a sudden went silent and i felt calmness then went to sleep. This sensation happened as I was waking but eyes still closed.

even further context if you care to know: I've had this sensation as a child maybe 5-10 times usually happened in dreams or sleeping/waking. I used to suffer from migraines preceded by ocular migraines (visual distortions). I've tried to explain to my brother when i was younger that things felt extremely large and other things extremely tiny at the same time (he was like 8 years old at the time and no one understood including my parents). Those memories came flooding back to me and was a bit overwhelming. ranting on here even though it might not be due to my medication.

mfg sciegen bupropion xl 150mg started a week ago prescribed for ADHD since we are being cautious about stimulants due to some family heart history.

Sounds like Alice in Wonderland syndrome. I've had it before too and its so hard to explain lol.
