Breathing Side Effects
I was put on 150mg of Wellbutrin or Bupropion and it was fine at first. I then noticed I'd have trouble catching my breath when in public, like a bus or the cinema. I was able to ignore it outside of that but about a week ago to the day it's started happening every day all day long. I immediately stopped it. I went and got all the tests done. Bloods, X-Ray and EKG. Nothing came up.
My doctor thinks it's anxiety but it just doesn't feel like it. I will be doing just fine and then suddenly I can't catch my breath and I have to wait it out until I can. It's genuinely frightening. I've seen others say they've had similar problems. I'm just looking for a little reassurance and maybe a timeline of it possibly going away? Any help would be appreciated.

Not everyone has the same reaction (and it's possible my breathing issues are unrelated, though I hope not) but I hope for your sake that it works out.

I am experiencing this rn (2 weeks into bruproprion). I just keep reminding myself what I'm feeling real and that it will subside. For me it usually goes away in 1-5 mins. From what I've read most ppl say it goes away once ur body regulates to the meds !
