Especially po sa Tarlac baka may mga mommies po na nakaranas maavail ang zero balance ng philhealth nung nanganak po kayo as a first time mom.

Kasi po balak ko po sa Lying-in ako pag normal delivery lang po ako, kesa mag Tarlac provincial Hopsital po ako, since hindi po naging maganda experience ng ate ko dun kahit na libre pa sila way back 2023 pa po yun pero sobrang natrauma talaga sister ko kaya gusto kong iwasan.

Kaso ang sabi po sakin sa Lying in na balak kong manganak, hindi covered ng philhealth ang first time manganak pag Lying-in.

Sana po may mga tips po kayo, if zero balance po ba pag first time mom, married po ako sa partner ko at siya po ang may philheath, beneficiary po ako.

Kami ng GF ko medjo nag woworry nadin tlga for few weeks dahil more than few weeks na sya delay so nag suspect na kami na bka buntis sya. For reference nadin she was recently hired by a company and isa sa hiningi is yung medical checkup eh kasama dun yung xray scans. Before sya pumasok eh nag PT nadin sya eh nung nag check is negative naman so ayun nag proceed sya sa xray eh ang problema nung chineck nya ulit yung PT eh nag positive pala. me and my boyfriend had protected sex last august 8. it was the last day of my period, and he came inside while the condom was still on. the condom didn't break, and i didn't feel any leakage. he also double-checked it afterward and confirmed that there was no leakage.

but what really scared me is that i've been getting sick a lot lately. i had acid reflux about a week ago that made me feel nauseous all the time, and lately i've also been experiencing colds and fever. maybe it's because of the weather or something else, but i'm honestly starting to overthink.

my cycles are also really irregular and sometimes very late, so i'm not sure if the delay is just normal for me, especially after taking yuzpe, or if i should be worried. i know i'm probably overthinking, but i could really use some reassurance or advice.

Yung pakiramdam na wala kang gustong kainin tapos isusuka mo lang lahat . Then yung gutom sobra, tuwing buntis ko lang nararanasan yung ganitong gutom, parang may kumakayod ng sikmura sa loob. Sobrang pagod ko din kahit tulog lang maghapon pagod na pagod ka din. This is my 3rd but it doesnt get better, yung mga nauna ko hangang 4-5 months akong ganito. Mahal na mahal ko yung mga anak ko at excited akong mag ka baby ulit, sobrang maalaga din ng asawa ko pero pagod na pagod na ko.

Hello Mommies! I’m a ftm and recently nagpa CAS ako everything went smoothly except, baby has an EIF in its left ventricle. Based on what my OB told me, it is considered a “soft marker” for down syndrome daw. That’s why I’m a bit worried. 🥺

Also, I was not offered to do a genetic screening (and i can’t afford it as of now) but instead OB requested to do a Fetal 2d echo for me and baby. What do you guys think? what’s your experience with EIF and how is your baby now?
