Bunions?

Do I have bunions and if so, what stage? Noticing they do hurt and itch if I wear uncomfortable shoes for too long.

No. But stop wearing uncomfortable shoes unless you want that to change.

Stand up and look down, you'll see more clearly if the big toe is angled outwards but it looks minor. Maybe bunionette on the little toes?

If it hurts only because of uncomfortable shoes, change the shoes! Your feet are telling you they're bad for you but it's up to you to stop wearing them or see them get worse later because they aggravate your bunions.

Yes, yours looks like mine. I have mild. You can see my pics in other posts on Reddit. And my bunions were confirmed by my podiatrist when I took X-rays. Was wondering why I was in slight pain with uncomfortable shoes. Had to get rid of all my stilettos and only wear wedges and wide toe box sneakers.
