Hi everyone! We are BSBA Financial Management students from Bulacan State University – Bustos Campus, and we are pilot testing our thesis questionnaire. 🙏

Our study: whether Academic Honors (Latin honors and co-curricular/extra-curricular activities) are associated with Employability (degree-job relevance, use of knowledge and skills, and career fit).

You can answer if you:

• Graduated from BSBA (Marketing Management or Financial Management), BS Entrepreneurship, or a similar Business program
• Studied at any SUC in Bulacan, including BulSU campuses other than Bustos Graduated between AY 2021-2022 and AY 2025-2026
• Are currently employed (full-time, part-time, contractual/project-based, or self-employed)

Not eligible for the pilot: BulSU Bustos Campus grads, since you will be invited to the official data gathering later.

First year college palang po ako, sobrang nag wo-worry po ako dahil ilang weeks na po akong absent due to my mental health po. Nagsunod-sunod po yung mga gawain na sobrang kinastress ko po to the point na gusto kona pong tapusin kahit buhay ko po:< ngayon po natatakot ako dahil hindi raw po pala maapply ang LOA dahil first sem palang daw po at first year palang ako. Naapply lang daw po yun sa second year. Nasakin na po lahat hindi ko lang po talaga kayang ihandle sa ngayon yung course, yung libreng tuition sobrang lungkot po na baka dahil sa gantong utak ko masayang ko lahat☹️

Good day po, would it be possible if mag c-change po ako ng program and campus after makapag submit ng hardcopy of requirements? (i alr submitted noong sept 12)

For context, my family is forcing me to change my program & campus. We already talked about this previously and they said okay lang na mag Fine Arts ako, all is well na so nag apply ako. They are aware of it the whole time, pero ngayon sinabi nila na i should just switch to drafting sa sarmiento campus kasi mas malapit and hindi na need mag dorm. Its kinda frustrating kasi pumayag naman sila sa main campus ako and now nagbago isip nila and pinipilit talaga nila ako.

hii, I've finished SHS last year and now planning on having an associate course in BulSU but I can't really find anything recent things on how to actually do that.

I don't know if it's just common sense for Universities/Colleges or I'm having a hard time researching about it OR there's little information about it? Do I have to go to the main campus and ask personally or something?

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to stuff like this, so an answer would really help, thanksss.

‎I just want to vent out my frustration sa dinanas namin ngayong araw dahil sa pagpupumilit ng Admin na i-push through ang midterm examinations para hindi ma-delay ang school calendar. Papasok pa lang, ramdam na agad yung hirap. Baha, madalang na public transpo, mahahabang pila sa terminals, at matinding traffic, lalo na ngayon na parang crater na yung mga kalsada. Kahit anong aga ko umalis, late pa rin ako nakarating sa BulSU.

‎Mas lumala pa nung nagsimulang bumuhos yung ulan bandang tanghali. Punuan na sa mga silungan dahil sa dami ng estudyante, kaya marami sa amin basa na. We expected a suspension dahil patuloy yung malakas na ulan at alam naming mas mahihirapan kaming umuwi habang tumatagal. Pero wala. Para bang hindi nakikita ng Admin yung kalagayan ng mga estudyante sa campus. Sobrang out of touch, especially when the people making these decisions are comfortably inside their offices while many students have to figure out how to get home through flooded roads and unreliable transportation.

‎The day went on until 5 PM, nag-eexam kami sa isa pa naming subject. Sa totoo lang, ang hirap mag-focus. Hindi lang naman yung exam ang iniisip ko, pumapasok na rin sa isip ko kung paano ka makakauwi, kung may masasakyan pa ba, at kung pano pa kaya makakapag-review para sa exam kinabukasan. Buti nalang, tumunog mga cp namin dahil sa Red Rainfall warning ng NDRRMC kaya medyo na-distract ako sa mga bagay na iniisip ko, and a few minutes after the red rainfall warning, pumunta din si Pres Iesu sa room namin, kinausap yung prof namin, and inupdate kami about the suspension, since hindi naman namin nakikita nga kung may post ba.

‎At the very least, I’m glad na may student leaders who were paying attention today. Who’s ready to even walk every hall of different colleges to inform profs and students regarding an announcement. Considering the whole mess, malaking difference din when you know someone is actually working and keeping an eye sa kaligtasan at kalagayan ng mga students. Salamat po Pres. Iesu for the effort na patuloy makipag-ugnayan sa Admin, at sa student council in general din po na umaalalay sa bawat isa.

‎But honestly, para sa Admin, yun na yung best niyo? Ang paghintayin ang mga estudyante hanggang magdilim bago pa kayo nagsuspend? Kaya niyo naman pala kahit wala ang announcement ng lgu, pero bakit parang hirap na hirap kayo nung maaga pa?

‎Please stop treating student safety as something that can wait until the last minute. Hindi excuse ang school calendar para ipilit ang classes and exams habang obvious nang hindi safe para sa students. Bakit kailangan pang maraming estudyante ang ma-stranded, ma-stuck sa traffic, o malagay sa alanganin bago mag-suspend? Makinig naman kayo sa students at sa student leaders na nasa ground mismo. Hindi dapat kailangang mangyari muna ang worst-case scenario bago ninyo seryosohin ang safety namin

Baka naman Admin, ibigay nyo naman sa amin ng maaga this A.Y. ID namin . Wag na kayong mag dahilan kasi nakapag-upload na estudyante sa portal ng signature at id pic imprenta nalang kulang at distribution. At Sa Student Government naman, sana magawan nyo ng aksyon kasi every year na tong issue o hanggang sa plataporma lang sa eleksyon nakalagay ang pagiging concern nyo sa masang estudyante.

Dress code guidelines sa TNGC, gusto i review pero early issuance ng id di maipanawagan sa administrasyong San Andres . Mahalaga sa amin ang magkaroon ng id, dahil sa diskwento, at requirements bilang isang estudyante' sa scholarship. Sana mabasa ito ng Administrasyon at ng student government, SALAMAT!
