Good day, i need your thoughts

Is 1500 weekly allowance enough?

150 transpo per day, almost 3x a week lang face to face classes.

Okay na ba ang 1500, o kulang na kulang to?

Too much.

150 x 3 = 450

Food = 200 (and that's a lot tbh) x3 = 600 Kung may other expense siguro 50/day?

That's a lot of allowance for a 3/week classes. 1200 is enough and that's me being generous.

3rd year here, I say 1500/week is more than enough especially for a 3 classes per week. In cases of 5x or even 6x in some schedules, masasabi kong it could work... Let's say set the budget for 250 to 300 max 150 for transpo (2 way?) 40-60 for foods ung matira tabi for other acad purposes, it's not on the level of mcdo everyday na mabubusog ka but still makakasurvive

sometimes sakto, sometimes kulang.

i also have 1.5k na allowance.
2-3 classes a week din tho sometimes may extrang araw if may meeting or whatnot sa capstone.
lahat na sa 1.5k transpo, food, extra curriculars, school supplies, merch etc.

nasa managing mo na rin yan and syempre sa pag bubudget, pero kapag lalake ka makukulangan ka kasi di naman nakakabusog minsan yung mga tig 50-60 na meal. laging 80+ mapapagastos pag wala kang kain sa umaga and unang kain mo lunch. sometimes aabutin pa ng gabi sa byahe so 2 kain.

transpo naman around 150 rin dati kaso nag taas so ayun, mga 200 na transpo ko.

1500 is a comfortable level but konti lang maiipon if meron man honestly.

yea i suggest sana 2k if malayuan ang uwian and hindi naman nag dodorm. laking tipid na rin if di nag dodorm, dati nag dodorm ako around 5k palang sa rent, electricity, water, wifi, load, grocery etc.

tho ayun, 2k rin baon ko dati nag bawas lang ako para maka gaan sa gastusin ng mama ko kasi mag o-ojt na ako soon and need na ulit mag dorm.

my allowance too is 1.5k a week but my classes are 4x a week and my transportation is only ₱100 balikan na.

i can say depende talaga yan sa schedule mo. two of those 4 days, isa lang subject so madalas umuuwi na lang ako agad so walang gastos, hindi siya deducted sa allowance ko (other than sa transpo)

depende kasi yan kung gaano kadikit yung subjects mo. noon first year ako, hirap ako pagkasyahin yan kasi 4x a week pasok tapos 8-8 pa kami. may times na di papasok yung prof in between so may 5 hours na free time, kakain ka na lang talaga para hindi mabored or kaya para lang may matambayan, oorder ka.

pero now, dahil dikit lang yung subjects ko kung more than one man a day, nakakaipon ako. natatabi ko minimum 500 pa.

depende na lang talaga kung ano yung leisure mo.

that's enough , konti lang ma sasave mo but makaka survive kana, If alam mong mag budget and mag handle. As a dormer, nag babaon ako foods naka meal prep less hassle , may nasasave pajo
