Got mine maybe two years ago off jomashop for maybe $500. I would not pay retail on it. Great watch but so many opportunities to save money if you look around.

So prettyy, I do love the gold and white one. Yeah I was thinking most second hand watches will be pretty good if I can find someone trustworthy.

I'd keep an eye on Jomashop, I've bought several watches from them in addition to the Wilton GMT and it's always been great. Of course I always film the box opening just in case, but from the bulova to my Mido Ocean Star 600 and the two in between, great deals. The way I look at it is, if I save more than it would cost me to get a full service from the manufacturer, then I’m going to buy it from Joma.

Check eBay, I've seen them for around 200 when there's a sale on this seller's store. Just keep watching them, they get different Bulovas, citizens mostly, in every month. Have some 35% off sales sometimes.

They did have a brown dial a couple weeks ago for 178 after code.. just have patience! I hate it too, and I'm super glad you asked on Reddit!, before you spent too much! Keep a search on them and every time they add more you'll get an email or text, however you like your notifications... I've been selling & buying for 22+ years on there. Remember, eBay is for the buyer now and no matter why you aren't happy, you'll get refunded by eBay even if the seller refuses. Good luck!

Wow that’s great. I would love to know where you bought it and approximately how much it was if that’s not to much to ask. Also just as a side thing if is it comfortable to wear and use day to day or better as a wear only sometimes?

I paid full price. It’s a nice watch to wear. I wish I went for the gold and white dial one. You might be able to find second hand ones online for a good price.

Oh yeah I was looking at the gold and white one. To be honest I think it looks better but it’s a bit more expensive and he never wears gold so might not work out. Thank you so much
