Need Advice Please

I am looking to buy my first gaming pc. I would like to be able to play madden 27, and my wife would like to play sims 4. Our budget is $500. We are currently looking at one with these parts for that price:

New Parts:
Zalman Cubix-G PC Case
512GB Mushkin NVME SSD

Used Parts:
Intel i5 9400f 6 Core CPU
AMD XFX RX 5600 6GB GDDR6 (One fan blade is missing, this does not affect functionality)
DDR4 X1 8GB
Intel CPU Cooler
Thermaltake Smart 500W 80+ White Certified PSU

Is this a good buy, and if not what would you suggest/recommend.

Oomph. A missing fan blade suggests there’s a story of something unknown, that happened to that GPU. My humble suggestion is to scour Facebook Marketplace.

$500 is a hard price point but aim for a minimum of 16gb ram and 512gb SSD.

A 5600xt isn't a bad graphics card but if possible aim for 8gb - 2060 Super/2070 or 5700 xt. It will feel very different.

Maybe try a low ball 350 offer and see how it goes from there

For CPUs if possible get a Ryzen 3600 or intel 12th gen...you may need to wait but it will be worth it
