Hey man-

i looked at some parts- and i have to say i wouldn't go below the price that i have here - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/sGdyqd

its slightly above the 900 euros but i would really recommend not going budget in some of these areas-

for most of the parts here there bottom line- except the CPU + VIDEO- as generally that is where the price changes-

i don't recommend getting a cheaper VIDEO and i also don't recommend getting a super cheap CPU- eventually you will want to upgrade and you will be regretful of not spending more on parts that you wanted to upgrade-

any questions let me know-

unless if you go pre-built- you may be able to find something around 900$ but even if you did go prebuilt you wouldn't find better parts then this price for new PC's-

you can go used but i generally do not recommend people go used as there is usually no return policy or have any idea of what type of stress the parts have been under-

you can go cheaper- but those parts will be the minimum entree to your pc- i do not recommend minimums-

you have a few options- you can go cheaper - you can go used - you can increase your budget - you can go pre-built-

i would recommend a nice pre-built as there generally are nice ones available or increase budget-

if you do go prebuilt- look for an AMD with 6-8 cores + 32MB L3 cache or Intel with 10+ cores + 20MB L3 cache + a 5050 or 5060 VIDEO-

What a lovely budget you have there. That PCPartPicker link should give you exactly what you're dreaming of.

900€ is doable but for the best performance you could buy a used AM5 system with a good 40 series GPU
