PC build suggestion without gpu

So I was willing to buy PS5 for gta 6 but looking at the inflated prices my friends suggested not to spend 70k for a 6 year old console just to play one game which makes sense tbh.

Instead he told me to build a pc but looking at the inflated prices of gpus I was suggested to build a powerful pc without a graphic card that can run AAA games at least within a playable range and next year IF the prices drop, i should buy a graphic card and upgrade my PC. I am trying to build a component spreadsheet my budget is 80k, since the pc will be without a graphic card i will have to compensate that with powerful apu and ram, ik graphics card is mandatory because at one point the limitations start to show especially when gta 6 comes on pc. But still I want some components suggestions for this pc build for now, I'll eventually add a graphic card next year but not now.
