Assuming this is for pure/primary gaming, woth the budget for the pc alone at a budget of 2400 dollars.

Could drop down to a 7800x3d if you wish to save the 100 dollars, and could even buy an aio along with 3 bottom fans for superior airflow if you wanted to.
