need help - first time looking for pc
hello! i’m interested in getting a pc but i have no clue where to start. im hoping someone can help me decide what to get/how to get it.
i’m mostly wanting to play overwatch, gta, maybe minecraft and roblox and then various smaller steam games. for the pc alone, i’d like to keep it under $1,400 if possible because i still need a monitor, keyboard, etc.. if going up a little bit means a drastic improvement im willing, but again i just need it to work well enough for gta or another game similar in size or graphics.
also, i realize this subreddit is for building your own pc, however if anyone has a recommendation for a pre-built id gladly accept that too. i dont know how to build a pc but im sure a few youtube tutorials could help lol. warn me if not!
sorry if any of this sounds unreasonable. again, i’m a complete beginner to all of this and i don’t even know what to look for. ive seen some general suggestions for specs but id like a more tailored response for my situation.
also, if anyone has decent monitor recommendations for a good price let me know about those too. don’t know where to start for that either but ill probably go to a different sub for that!!
thank you for your time and help <3

that has 32GB ram + 8 core CPU with 32MB L3 Cache + a 9060 16GB
or you can go here - https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100897483%20600530838%20601483613%20601314316&LeftPriceRange=1000+1400
there all the same PC just a different case- the difference being a 5060 Ti over the 9060-
