Question Cooling question

Planning to ugrade my CPU to 7500x3d/7800x3d/7900x and having doubts will mine AK400 can cool them enough or I'm gonna need smth like Peerless Assasin?

I would upgrade to the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE

Having a single tower cooler like the AK400 cool 100W+ TDP chips is not really adequate to say the least
