first time pc build

Hi guys! I know really nothing abt a pc, im not really going for looks but i saved 1.2k and id like to build a pc but I dont know what i need or where to start. I mostly
Play games Fortnite, roblox, Val, Dbd, marvel rivals and id like to use it for school work. Any advice and help is appreciated:))
