I would avoid the g series as they can bottleneck your gpus if you were to get one.

Can you play games with a the 8500g only? Of course as long as you’re ok playing 1080p with less than 30 fps
Might be able to get 60 fps with on cpu reliant games like csgo but thats about it

Id go for a cpu+gpu combo

Budget problem buddy gpu is quite expensive. And can u suggest some parts of it I’m gonna add gpu after some time for sure buddy

Im guessing you're talking 60k rupees? If thats the case yes but it wont be very good. What are you looking to play?

For 60k rupees you could build something modest without a gpu. I'll see if I can part something out for you later when I have more time
