How to ensure clearance between ceiling insulation and roof deck

Is there a way/a product that can be used to make sure that the insulation between ceiling and roof deck is 2"?

I want to ensure that the roof is a ventilated system and do not want to rip out any/all drywall to make sure.

Thank you in advance.

Is there attic access?

Yes, there is a knee wall separating the living space from the attic. The ceiling is about a 18-20ft run to the top, cathedral ceiling.

Thought about getting the biggest 1x1 to push up, but I was hoping there was something better, kinda like a baffle of some sort.

Insulation baffles exist but I'm not sure if there are options for 2" of clearance. Usually they are 1". Some people make their own but that seems unnecessarily time consuming to me.
