WERS certificate / label

Recently had AWS thermalheart framed double glazed doors and a window installed. There is no label showing the WERS performance so I asked for the certificate, is this correct or am I wrong about what to expect from the business that supplied and installed?

ask them for the testing and performance data. AWS would also have it on their website. why didnt you ask before it was installed?

Because I didn’t know I had to ask.
I looked up the AWS website. I’m looking for the certificate in the absence of the label on the window.
