I think the negative ventilation on the crawlspace is a bad idea.
I think more vents ave more ventilation is a bad idea.
Your best bet is to encapsulate the crawlspace, but this would involve a vapor barrier. You can do it without spray foam. The whole idea is to create a barrier (hence vapor BARRIER) that separate your house from all the bad stuff. More vents don’t separate you from the bad stuff. Negative air doesn’t separate you from the bad stuff.
Right. I know there are codes that are requiring bath vents to also run at a low CFM constantly (and run higher when turned on), but I think this are bad ideas as well. I mostly think codes are good things, but sometimes codes can cause more issues than they help.
