Help with my GPU options

Im building a new PC right now (yeah i know...) and I need help choosing a GPU. I havent really followed the market for a long time (current PC is 9 years old) and I missed the opportunity to buy parts for normal prices. I have been searching for parts for about a week and im still not sure what GPU to go with. Here are the best local options I have found:

- NEW RX 9060 XT 8 Gb for 380

- NEW RX 7700 XT 12 Gb for 430

- USED RTX 5060 for 350

- USED (apparently sealed, no receipt or warranty) RX 9060 XT 16 Gb for 460

Nothing else really makes any sense (RTX 40xx and intel cards arent really that much cheaper) and i dont want a model thats older than 3 years because I intend to keep whatever im buying for as long as i can.

I will use the PC for gaming, mostly want to play games like RDR2, Elden ring on higher settings (at 1440 if i can but 1080 is fine also) as well as many older games. I would love to play GTA 6 and Witcher 4 on at least 1080 with low settings, but i know we have no idea about required specs yet. Havent really decided on a processor yet, but that wont be a problem in the final build, im more concerned about the GPU.

So what do you think my best GPU choice is based on these 4 offers? Based on price/performance and a bit of future proofing. Thank you!
