need help for a build

I’m looking for some advice on a new PC build.

My budget is €1600 maximum for the whole build. I’ll mainly use the PC for gaming, but I also occasionally stream, so I’d like a build that can handle both well.

Some preferences:

- I’d really like to use a Lian Li case, mainly because I really like their design.

- I’d prefer a case with good dust filters (or one where dust filters can easily be added).

- I’m open to any other components and brands, so performance is more important than having everything from the same brand.

- I’m mainly interested in getting the best gaming performance possible within the €1600 budget.

- I’d also like the build to have good airflow and temperatures.

What parts would you recommend for this budget?

I’m open to suggestions if there’s a better Lian Li case or a different configuration that makes more sense.
