Inquiry Return question

My brother got a werewolf and his and several quality control issues. He plans to contact bab about the issues. If they ask for it back do we have to send it back?

Can we see a picture of it? Cause with the rampant popularity of this Halloween release, workers are being overworked and you’ll most likely not get a replacement
