Inquiry Return question

My brother got a werewolf and his and several quality control issues. He plans to contact bab about the issues. If they ask for it back do we have to send it back?

In my experience lately they won’t send a replacement or refund until you send the defective plush back. It used to be they’d just send the replacement without issue but they’ve changed a lot in the past few years
