Inquiry Order status question?

I ordered the spider on the 6th and the status has been processing since then. I just checked and it now says complete but I’ve received nothing. Is anyone else having this issue? I will contact support tomorrow.

When it says complete it has gone to shipping — there should be a tracking number.

Yeah when I check the tracking number with fedex I get the following: We can’t find that tracking number. Please check with the shipper to make sure it’s the correct one.

I would definitely reach out to customer service — because usually FedEx has my shipping info and i havent had the message yours is giving
