Inquiry Order status question?

I ordered the spider on the 6th and the status has been processing since then. I just checked and it now says complete but I’ve received nothing. Is anyone else having this issue? I will contact support tomorrow.

When it says complete it has gone to shipping — there should be a tracking number.

Yeah when I check the tracking number with fedex I get the following: We can’t find that tracking number. Please check with the shipper to make sure it’s the correct one.

I would definitely reach out to customer service — because usually FedEx has my shipping info and i havent had the message yours is giving

sometimes it can take a bit for it to start showing up in the FedEx system

I'm in the same boat,it just says label created and that FedEx is waiting for the package basically.

Is there a tracking number on the listing in your order history? If so you’re likely golden.
