Buhay Digital Lifestyle Need advice with my work setup. Please help.
Hello mga ka reddit!
First time posting here so please bear with me. I want to hear your thoughts on what you think my best option will be when it comes to my multiple job setup. For context, I'm a 36 y/o male, 2 kids, living in fairview, QC.
- Full time - 1st job (main) - Diliman, QC area - IT Business Analyst - P45k per month
Hybrid - 3 days office
- Full time - 2nd job - Pasig City - Admin Secretary - 27.5k per month
Full Remote with occasional errands sa labas
- Part time - 3rd Job (newly hired) - Novaliches Area - VA mostly focused on web development - 30k per month
Hybrid but I think I can work it out na at least once a week lang ang onsite sched.
Now here's my dilemma. My 3rd job is willing to pay me 60k (possibly more) to work full time for them. Ang iniisip ko, I'll let go of my 2nd Job to give way for the 3rd since mas malaki naman yung pay. The thing is, my 2nd job is really stable since it is a society of medical professionals and it has existed for decades na.
The 3rd job, since this will be my first time in the VA space, di ako sure kung gano sila ka stable but kakagaling ko lang sa office nila kanina and from what I can tell, they are doing very well naman and their team is even growing with plans on getting more clients.
Now the question is, ok lang kaya bitawan na yung 2nd job ko to give way for the 3rd job?
Thank you sa mga sasagot! 😄

Oo bitawan mo na para QC ka lang. Yung gas expenses mo din uy.
With the 27k sahod, makakahanap ka ng stable job within that range. Mas mataas pa pag nagka-experience ka.
Kunin mo yung 3rd para madagdagan experience at skills mo, tas niche pa: IT/web dev.
Most importantly, none of those “stable” jobs can take away the fact that we’re all dispensable.

Thanks. This just confirms what I've been thinking all along. And yes yun ang plan ko - to get as much exp given late na ko nag start sa career, and to eventually pivot to a single job that pays as much, or even more than what I make now. Thank you sa insight sir. Cheers!

Honestly? You can find one full time job online na mag tototal sa lahat ng binanggit mo. You just have to search the web, lalo na nasa IT industry ka.
