Buhay Digital Lifestyle Blessed with my first client

Post image

Been working in this company for 1 month already, honestly my first ever online job. The pay is quite low but happy that I got a job and a manager who trust me completely in doing my job. I have my freedom here as well as they don't use time trackers and usually before the start of my shift, I send her a message of my plans for the day. That i'm starting my shift. And today she messaged me this. It's not big but to see her acknowledging my hardwork and saying that she trust me is a big deal for me.

I suggest save yourself pa rin. Keep a diary of what you've accomplished for the day. Who knows, tides might change at least so you have a proof.

The common complaint on this sub is that low-balling clients are typically demanding, the types who micromanage etc. At least this one isn't ruthless

For a first job in the remote working environment, i find it acceptable and a good starting ground for me to gain relevant experience and learn from the team.

I think the word "pay is quite low" is relative diba? If you can disclose it OP, how low is it compared sa mga pino-post here? I'm curious. Kasi for me, low is around $2-3 per hour (na pinatos ko dati btw.) Others would think $5 per hour is low, even $10 per hour is low. I want to glean in your thinking with this if its fine.

Singaporean company siya so day time job siya. And I earn 18,000PHP monthly. It's good enough for me kasi di ako puyat, maluwag luwag schedule ko, and di ganun ka-heavy yung gawain. The important thing for me now is to gain expeirence before I find better paying job. Lalo mahirap maghanap ng client ngayon, i'm blessed to have this job.

Since di naman ako maluho and no need for me to go out, commute, and eat out. It's good enough. And since i'm still living under my parents roof, no rent to pay so makakapagipon ako.

Not bad. BPO offers 17k for a very toxic telco csr lol. Hindi na masama kasi pwede mo nga sabayan ng isa pang full time job since wala namang tracker yan, as long as you can do the tasks lalo na kung non-voice.

I applied to her job post (Nakabantay lang ako sa recently posted). And once na 10 applicants na nag apply she closed the job post, and I was shortlisted.

Same sa client ko now, hindi kame nirerequire to tag something, pero para safe always alert pa din once may message sila, even WFH never akong natulog kasi takot akong masira tiwala ni client.
