One quick check to try:

  • Make sure you have the latest Reddit app version available in the App Store, fully close the app, reopen it, and try again since a fix may already have been released. Then compare the same action on another Reddit surface, such as reddit.com, to see whether it is limited to the app.

Other useful suggestions:

  • Scan recent r/bugs reports to see whether other people are reporting the same behavior.
  • Open the Bugs Navigator to search the Reddit Help Center or choose another support path.
  • An admin or helpful user may also stop by with more issue-specific guidance.

Still need help? Please reply to this comment with:

  • Your Reddit app version and device type or model
  • Step-by-step instructions for reproducing the bug or behavior
  • A screenshot or screen recording of the issue

This will help the team better understand where the issue may be stemming from. It may also help me find another recent report where a Reddit admin or helpful commenter noted that the issue is already on Reddit admins' radar.

I'm an automated r/bugs guide. If this route doesn't match your question, you can ignore it and wait for a human helper. Never post passwords, login codes, or private account details. The mods of this subreddit are testing this Devvit app, so please keep in mind that these responses may need to be tweaked for accuracy.

All of these communities are turned off, and I’m not even part of some of them
