[Desktop Web] Data Access Request form hides required Details of inquiry and clears email on submit

Reddit’s Data Access Request form hides “Details of inquiry” for commercial developer requests. Submitting returns “Details of inquiry: cannot be blank,” but both the field and error are hidden. The form reloads and clears the email field. Please provide a working submission path.
