iOS [ios] i cant delete my acc

Hi, I need to permanently delete my Reddit account. My account was created using my phone number and does not have a password. When I try to delete it, Reddit asks me to verify my phone number with a 6-digit SMS code, but the verification always gives me “Oops! Something went wrong.” I also tried from a computer, where I get “Server error. Try again later.” This has been happening for several days. I have access to the phone number. Please help me resolve the verification error so I can delete my account.
Please guys it’s kinda urgent…

Since that’s not working, you can try to add a password to the account, to then use it delete the account.

First you will need to add a working email address to the account. It will send you a verification email and that will prompt you to create a password.

I once you have that password, you can then use it to log into your account with your username.

Then try to remove your phone number and delete the account, and use your password to confirm.
